Covid19 has not only made us stay home, but it now has brought the gym to our home. A place that is supposed to make us feel safe, is now a place where people can watch you slowly disintegrate over a Zoom call. They say exercise is good for your mental health, but how is being muted over Zoom while everyone watches you sweat, struggle, and lose your mind good for you?! At what cost?!
