Having IBS is hard, to say the least (or too soft)… You never know where it’s going to strike. You could be on a run, at a fun party, or worse you could be on a date with a great guy! One minute you could be laughing it up with this new hot guy and the next you’re destroying the restaurant’s bathroom and not in a fun way.
