Tamra Brown

Tamra Brown is a comedian, writer, and actress who can be seen doing stand up at venues like the Hollywood Improv, the Comedy Store, and UCB, as well as running her own popular show, The Art Deco Comedy Hour, every month at the Hollywood American Legion. She's performed her brand of smart, observational comedy at festivals such as Bridgetown, Hell Yes Fest, and Riot LA, and has also performed as part of an improv ensemble at the Del Close Improv Marathon in NYC. Tamra is a member of Liquid Feet, America's most earnest TV theme song dance troupe, as seen on ABC's "The Gong Show" and the "Angie Tribeca" Binge-a-thon on TBS. Their videos have over 200,000 views on YouTube. Tamra is a contributing monologue joke writer for The Complete Sheet, which produces comedy segments for morning drive radio affiliates across the country. She has written for Sketch Cram, Not Too Shabby, and the Liquid Feet Show at Upright Citizen’s Brigade LA and was a finalist in the 2017 NBC Late Night Writers Workshop. Tamra also hosts a variety of shows for the online network, AfterBuzzTV including The Trump Report, a left-leaning political panel where she starts off every episode with Weekend Update-style political jokes. When she's not performing, you'll likely find Tamra exploring obscure L.A. landmarks, researching tiki bars, listening to baseball on a transistor radio, or standing outside a concert venue waiting for someone to toss her a free ticket.
