In some countries it is law that every citizen has to serve in the army. Though we do not have a formed opinion on that, we do think every citizen should work a customer service job for at least a year of their life. Working customer service is like a war zone. People don’t look you in the eye, they yell at you, and even though sometimes you both speak English it’s like you’re speaking a different language!
