TBT: Leslie Teaches Us How To Fake It

This truly is one of the great underrated SNL moments. When Leslie Jones gets to star in a sketch, she consistently slays it. Like in this insanely weird sketch where she plays a woman with a unique spin on the When Harry Met Sally orgasm scene. It makes us want a Leslie J movie, tbh.

Leslie Jones Just Made a Miracle Occur on Twitter ?

Hi, welcome to the feel-good story OF THE YEAR.

Remember a couple weeks ago when Leslie Jones was getting hassled by racist garbage monsters on Twitter? Well the unstoppable Leslie J didn’t give up on making funny 140-character jokes. She just kept slaying, and since the Olympics started she’s been live-tweeting them, and it’s the funniest thing on the internet. In fact, she tweeted so good that NBC said they’d bring her to Rio to be a commentator.

Watch her commentary, then cry sweet tears of joy and pride. USA! USA! USA!

YASSSSSSS!! Sincerely can’t wait for her to get there.

Why Can’t Leslie Jones Be A Scientist In The New Ghostbusters?

Believe it or not, people are having a very difficult time wrapping their head around the idea of a black woman being a scientist in a movie about PEOPLE FIGHTING CRAZY GHOSTS. The issue of realism isn’t to do with the science fiction nature of the movie, but rather the race and gender of one of its stars. Cue the shaking of heads in disbelief. Akilah Hughes breaks this issue down perfectly for everyone out there who can’t think seem to grasp the idea of a black female scientist.
